    EPAM Systems E-Commerce Solution Practice is looking for the best of the best Administrative Assistant. We are 130 IT people who need support with reporting, tracking, talking to EPAM services, controlling our movements and so on. You will make our life easier by doing all these things and achieving results whatever it takes. From our side we guarantee interesting work, positive atmosphere and collaboration with result-oriented people who really cares.


    Higher education completed, preferably Linguistic;
    Advanced level of spoken and written English;
    Excellent communication and diplomacy skills to deal with internal services, consultants, and clients;
    Well-developed self-organizational and prioritization skills, ability to work with more than one manager at once;
    Positive interpersonal skills: proactivity, open mind and active position;
    Strong analytical skills to process huge amounts of data;
    Strong will to achieve the result – understand a task, find a solution, seek for other solutions, complete a task whatever it takes, with the highest quality at the end;
    Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.

    Plus experience:

    Prior administrative experience or applicable business experience (IT area preferable);
    Experience in preparing status dashboards, presentations, financial and business analytics.


    Create monthly working time reports + any Ad hoc Excel reports according to the request;
    Track usage of servers and devices by the projects;
    Track vacations, report them, update tracking systems with holidays and planned vacations;
    Notify Customers about Public Holidays, prepare greeting cards;
    Manage all office activities like movements and repair;
    Collaborate with Help Desk to fulfill the requests;
    Work with travel department on arranging the trips;
    Arrange working conditions for customers - places, Wi-Fi access, lunch, etc.;
    Consult employees on English rules, translate documents if needed;
    Prepare people’s CVs for an interview with customer;
    Track expenses, order devices, and other stuff.
