    EPAM Belarus is seeking an active and enthusiastic Business Development Manager with IT experience to manage our existing client base.

    As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing current and new EPAM accounts in the USA.

    This role will be Sales/Inside Sales focused with some level of Marketing effort to generate leads.
    The goal of the position is to support the long-term relationship of EPAM customer base by supervising ongoing software engineering projects regarding cost and resources. You will grow the related clients by identifying new opportunities within the client base. You will be responsible for the commercial success of single projects as well as for the overall account.


    In this role, candidates should be experienced in selling software development services, identifying and qualifying new prospects as well as managing every aspect of the engagement, from initial business development through bid closing.

    Requirements:
    - 3-10 years’ experience in IT Software/Consulting;
    - 3+ years’ experience in IT Sales, Marketing and Inside Sales;
    - Bachelor’s degree or similar proven experience;
    - Experience working with Banking and Financial Services clients is ideal;
    - Understanding of North America client base;
    - Hunter profile;
    - Significant demonstrable and referenceable experience in the acquisition of new clients;
    - Proven sales experience in selling software development/Outsourcing/Packaged solutions/consulting or support services;
    - Basic knowledge about software development processes (Scrum, RUP);
    - Self-starter but also an excellent team player;
    - Target and success driven - carried a target (should be demonstrable in CV);
    - Fluent verbal and writing language skills in English;
    - Willingness to travel domestically and abroad;
    - Comfortable with aggressive annual sales/development goals.

    Responsibilities:
    - Acquisition of new mid- and large-size client accounts in the USA;
    - Providing consultative, interactive and integrated solutions to clients from inception to completion of a software development project;
    - Meeting or exceeding sales planning and development goals.
