    As a Customer Support Engineer your main responsibility will be to provide technical support for SYNESIS's products to customer and partners via the telephone or through e-mail. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving and resolving complex issues and meeting customer needs; - Working with engineers from R&D and QA departments to solve problems; - Writing documentation; - Using debugging tools to analyse problems and identify solutions; - Keeping up to date with new products features in order to provide support as soon as they are launched in the market. Technologies required: Linux/embedded Linux, build tools, C/C++. Technologies desired: Bug tracking systems, Video Surveillance, Digital Television. Languages: English.
