Как сделать релей?

Помогите пожалуйста с такой проблемой:
Стоит сервер domino v8.0.1 64bit на windows 2003 64bit. Существует несколько пользователей снаружи домена, которые работают по pop/smtp. Нужно разрешить им релей через наш сервер, но ничего не получается! Что делать, подскажите?
Стоит опция Exceptions for authenticated users: Allow all authenticated users to relay.
А в логах пишет:
SMTP Server: Authentication succeeded for user Пользователь/Ourdomen ; connecting host **.**.***.***
Router: Message 006AFBD1 not routed to recipient anybody@yandex.ru for policy reasons
Router: Policy Reason: Router: user@ourdomen.ru is restricted from sending mail through server LOTUS/OURDOMEN

Проверь ограничения в Configuration document

Например,

This particular "Policy Reason" error was the result of an asterisk in the "Allow messages only from the following Notes addresses to be sent to the Internet" field of the Configuration document (found in the Restrictions and Controls, SMTP Outbound Controls section).

У меня в SMTP Outbound controls стоит:
Allow messages only from the following Internet addresses to be sent to the Internet: адреса электронных ящиков этих пользователей
Deny messages from the following Internet addresses to be sent to the Internet: *
Allow messages only from the following Notes addresses to be sent to the Internet: имена в формате Пользователь/Ourdomen
Deny messages from the following Notes addresses to be sent to the Internet: ничего не стоит

Что я делаю не так?
