5+ years of team/project leadership;
Experience delivering enterprise level solutions, at least 3 fully participated and successfully delivered projects;
Strong understanding of the whole product development cycle – from pre-sales to post-production support;
Ability to manage a team of 25+ people, solve people management questions;
Experience in setting up development processes on the project;
Good knowledge of Agile methodology;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills;
English level – B2 and higher;
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality products and providing excellent service to the customer;
Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of personalities – offshore and onsite teams, Account Managers, Customer side.

Plus experience:
Prior hands-on development experience;
Understanding of Commerce domain – terminology, business flows, typical problems;
Working knowledge of Oracle Commerce, SAP Hybris or any comparable commerce platform such as IBM Commerce/Ebay Magento;
Understanding of environment landscapes, sizing calculation, deployment mechanisms.

Manage delivery of E-Commerce products from SRS to Go Live and post-production support:
Prepare WBS and resource plans;
Establish project’s processes - communication plans, escalation procedures, change management, implementation approach;
Facilitate requirements gathering process;
Interface daily with the Customer as the primary point of contact;
Proactively communicate project status, issues and risks to stakeholders;
Prioritize issues and resolve roadblocks;
Manage deliverables to the Customer;
Manage releases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing;
Control project’s budget usage;
Control the quality of a product we deliver.
Manage project’s teams which can be in different locations:
Ensure a positive, collaborative work environment for the team;
Mentor and coach project team members, as required;
Solve people management issues.
Implement organizational best practices in the projects;
Creatively look for opportunities to add value and increase success of projects managed.
