We are looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst.


Microsoft Application Server IIS (Complex structures): Advanced (Expert is better);
HTTP: Novice (Code page description);
Microsoft MS SQL 2008 R2: at least Intermediate(Advanced level will be an advantage);
Transact-SQL: at least Intermediate(Advanced level will be an advantage);
Microsoft OS knowledge: Advanced (most knowledge related to MS Services work, IIS work, Application running, File System, Task Tracking and dumping, event log analyzing);
Microsoft AD: Intermediate (user permissions, authentication process);
Power Shell: Intermediate;
PHP development: Novice;
.NET Development: Novice (Intermediate is preferable);
ITIL knowledge: Intermediate;
MS SCOM: Novice (Intermediate is preferable);
Good IT support process understanding;
Virtualization technologies: Novice (Intermediate and experience is a great plus).

Must have experience:

Experience in custom .Net application support (complex big application, different applications);
Experience in technical document writing (not several pages but for complex systems);
Experience with “ugly” users support;
Experience with ticketing systems (at least 2 years as a Help Desk not administrator);
Experience in digital asset management area will be a big advantage;
Experience to work with servers with limited permissions;


Responsibility acceptance level: can take responsibility for his action and analyze affect of that actions;
Can manage a lot of tasks (without missing them);
Easy going, good in communication;
Can work under big pressure and in stress situation (work experience).
