We are looking for an experienced Azure/Windows Operations – strong system administrator able to lead Support and Maintenance services for enterprise clients, familiar with ITIL and processes, who is able to setup, deliver, and fine tune Support and Maintenance team.

Job description:

• Lead L2 support services for eStore/GA and products built on the top of it;
• Proactive monitoring / Event management: analysis of system alerts, logs, system behavior, resource utilization and performance trends;
• Incident and Problem management: issues investigation, troubleshooting, escalation of incidents to responsible team for issues solving;
• Participation in daily verbal and email communications in English;
• Utilized technologies:
Primary: Windows Azure, MSSQL, Sitecore CMS, Insite commerce management console, Solr, dynaTrace, ServiceDesk Plus, SCOM;
Secondary: Linux, Apache, JBOSS, J2EE, JavaScript, GWT, REST Web Services, MSSQL, SQL/Bash/Perl scripting.


2+ years of DEV/QA background (experience in Java and/or REST Web services is preferable);
Experience in MS SQL/DB: ability to create scripts for data analysis;
Windows, Azure administration;
Basic knowledge of Linux: this is required for parsing of Apache, JBOSS, J2EE, and other available logs using Bash/Perl scripting;
Intermediate English level.
