С какого дистрибутива запускаете? Или вы с termux запускали?

Если запускали с termux то попробуйте установить apache и nginx. Делается так pkg install apache2 pkg install nginx

с Termux в которий я загрузил kali. Незнаю в чем проблема.

В термукс я кали не загружал но, попробуйте тогда apt-get install apache2 apt-get install nginx Если напишет что установлено это все, то тогда перед запуском SET введите команду service apache2 start

Содержимое файла /var/log/apache2/error.log и /var/log/apache2/error.log.1 ,скидывай сюда.

Как посмотреть содержимое? В термуксе это команда cat но я работаю с кали.
