Overview

We are seeking a Network Security Engineer to become part of our Security Team. Our team focuses on protecting iGaming services, safeguarding data privacy, and maintaining business continuity — so that customers can enjoy our products without interruption. We collaborate closely with the IT team responsible for developing and supporting our services, jointly delivering high-quality, secure iGaming solutions.

Purpose of the role

You will design, deploy, and support secure, scalable, and reliable network security infrastructure across the organization. Your focus will be on strengthening corporate and cloud network defenses, advancing security standards and automation, and ensuring the company's infrastructure remains resilient against contemporary threats.

Key responsibilities

• Support and evolve the corporate VPN infrastructure.
  
• Manage and enhance Next-Generation Firewall infrastructure company-wide.
  
• Lead the adoption of network security controls and best practices.
  
• Architect, optimize, and harden network topologies.
  
• Oversee network security in cloud environments.
  
• Deploy and integrate network and security equipment.
  
• Participate in shaping security policies and standards.
  
• Automate recurring network security and operational tasks.
  

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a Network Security Engineer or Network Engineer role.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto architecture and its specifics.
  
• Practical experience with modern VPN solutions.
  
• Hands-on work with Firewalls/Next-Generation Firewalls and solid understanding of nftables/iptables along with fundamental firewall principles.
  
• Strong grasp of network segmentation, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and DDoS mitigation strategies.
  
• Deep familiarity with Linux-based operating systems, including the networking stack.
  
• Experience with Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud), particularly their networking and security capabilities.
  
• Confident understanding of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
  
• Thorough knowledge of OSI layers (L2/L3/L4/L7), typical network architectures, Firewalls, and IDS/IPS environments.
  
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, SaltStack).
  
• Experience with network monitoring and observability tools, including NetFlow/IPFIX traffic analysis.
  
• Automation skills using Python or Go.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  
• English level B2 or higher.
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with VMware NSX, OpenStack Neutron, Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, or comparable technologies.
  
• Knowledge of IAM, SSO, OpenID, and SAML authentication technologies.
