need software or how to make it for SMS forwarding. help

Hello, There is a task:

There are SIM cards, and we need to set up SMS forwarding. The forwarded SMS should not go to a phone number but instead to a program, with the option to choose who receives them.

For example:

• SMS from the number +12325420111 should go to Person A, but they should receive it not on a phone, but in a certain program, website, etc.
• SMS from the number +12325487111 should go to Person B, but they should receive it not on a phone, but in a certain program, website, etc.
• SMS from the number +12325447231 should go to Person C, but they should receive it not on a phone, but in a certain program, website, etc.

At the same time, I must have the ability to change everything and make it so that tomorrow, SMS from any number would go to a different person.

Is there ready-made software for this, or how can it be developed?

From what I understand, the process should be:

1. Forward all incoming SMS from all numbers to one central number that can differentiate which number the SMS came from, right?
2. Then, set up that central number so that it automatically publishes the SMS in some software, website, or system.

This must have already been implemented before—I’m surely not the first person who needs this. Please suggest any solutions or all possible ways to set this up right now.
