Установка Domino.653 Servers ?

Немогу установить Domino.653 Servers на Windows Server 2003 Interprise Edition, после того как пошел процесс установки доходит до 50 % и высвечивает Data Transfer Error Information
Component Error returned the following

, незнаю чего делать посоветуйте пожалуйста ?
