Instruction on How to Use:
Detach the files like this :
NP3RETR.EXE in the Domino Server program directory
LNCPPN412.DLL in the Domino Server program directory
P3CONFIG.NSF in the Domino Server data directory
The POP3 Retriever server looks in the P3CONFIG.NSF database to scan all account documents.
For each account, a thread is created to get the user mails.
The number of simultaneous threads is limited by a value in the Notes.ini called POP3Retriever (default is 1).
Add POP3RASIgnore=1 in Notes.ini to ignore RAS connection errors if needed (to ignore RAS errors when a RAS port is already in use for example)
The POP3 Retriever Configuration (P3CONFIG.NSF) database must be used to declare your account :
Create all the needed POP3 Server documents (in the Create menu item)
Create all the needed POP3 Account documents (in the Create menu item).
Create all the needed RAS Connection documents (in the Create menu item).
Create a program document in the public address book to load periodically the P3RETR task when needed.
